Dear Editor:
Thank you for printing out the Iowa County election results a few weeks ago. I noticed that in the 29 villages and towns in Iowa County President Trump carried only 9. Mr. Biden carried the other 20. I find it hard to believe that the voters in the county are so dead set against our President. It can't be all hate, so what is it? Un-informed voters? The following are what our president has done with all the arrows shot at him for 4 years including his Impeachment which failed miserably.
President Trump's Achievements in 4 Years:
-He has brokered two Middle East Peace Accords, something that 71 years of political intervention and endless war failed to produce.
-He has had the greatest impact on the economy, bringing jobs, and lowering unemployment to the Black and Latino population, of any other president. Ever!
-He has exposed the deep, widespread corruption in the FBI, CIA, NSA and the Republican and Democratic parties.
-He has lowered your taxes, increased the standard deduction from $12,500 to $24,400 for married couples and caused the stock market to record levels. It was something like 17,000 when he took office and now it is in the 30,000 range.
-He fast tracked the development of a COVID Vaccine, which is now available.
-He rebuilt our military, started our new Space Force.
-He has neutralized the North Koreans and stopped them from sending missiles toward Japan and threatening the West Coast of the U.S.
-He has turned NATO around and had them start paying their dues.
He has been the most successful president in our lifetime and the voters want to throw the bum out! The mainstream media is guilty of not keeping the voters informed. Say what you want, it is sad that we are moving closer, closer to socialism with communism living next door. It is going to be hard to turn back if we go that way.
