Dear Editor:
Kudos to the employees at the Mineral Point Post Office for going out of their way on Tuesday to deliver absentee ballots that came from Milwaukee late in the day on an unexpected truck and too late to be delivered with the mail. They hand delivered ballots to a number of municipal clerks/polling places I am sure at their expense and on their time. The ballots had to be in the hands of the Clerks by 8 p.m. Tuesday in order to be counted. That is what small town America is about. Thank you
