Concerning the proposed CHC high-voltage powerline: If the powerline was truly needed, then all the money for the massive advertising budget ATC is spending on a fancy advertising campaign would not be needed. The need would be self-evident. You may notice from the ATC ad campaign, there is scarce information given to those that suffer the harm caused by the powerline. This is similar to the omission the industrial Badger Hollow solar factory advertising campaign left out. The very absence of balanced information should cause the ratepayers of Wisconsin to step back and see these projects for what they are: A massive scam perpetrated upon the ratepayers of Wisconsin, harming many, while benefiting few. All the while, the harmed suffer their loss without just compensation.
