Dodger's gain first conference win

Three senior players hit in double figures and seven scored as the Dodgeville boys basketball team tripped Richland Center 61-50 in a SWC contest Friday night. It was their first conference win on the season.
Noah Blalock led the offense with 16 points. He had 10 in the second half, including going 5x6 from the free throw line.
Adam Phillips hit 15 while Dylan McGraw had 11. McGraw put in seven in period two in which the Dodgers held a 35-27 advantage.
The win led Dodger coach Matt McGraw to say, "This was a solid team win. It's the first time we have had three people in double figures in a long time. Noah and Adam have been there pretty regularly and it was good to have Dylan join them. Peyton Tranel and Brandon Molldrem also had good offensive games with seven and eight points. It's important for us to be balanced like we were tonight."
Richland Center had eight players score, led by junior Jacob Schauf with 15 points.
"This is a win we can build on," McGraw added. "The guys have stayed the course, stayed positive, and most importantly stayed together. There is still a lot to play for so it was nice to see them finish this one off."
