"On a cold, windy and sometimes snowy day the Dodge Point boys finished 4th as a team. Junior Henry Keith finished 4th overall and will be making a trip to State as an individual runner. Henry got out with the front group and stayed with them the whole time. He just looked smooth throughout the race.
"Freshman Will Aurit continues to improve each race. He also got out to a good start and just kept moving up during the race.
"Junior Jeremiah Beasley in his first year as a cross country had another good race. He had a strong finish and went by some runners down the stretch.
"The two senior boys, Dylan McGraw and David Nagel, finished out their cross country careers with a good race. They have been leaders and helped this team throughout the year.
"Gabe Hart and Chandler Williams were the other two runners on the team.
"The girls finished 6th at sectional meet. Lindsay Johnston was the DP first runner all year and had another good run.
"The second runner was Chloe Oberhauser. Chloe got out to a good start and moved up throughout the race.
"Avery Peterson had was our third runner and just showed how determined she is in this sport.
"Haylee Kearns has been a pleasant surprise at the end of the season by her improvement each race.
"Hannah Tremelling started out in the middle of the pack but moved up during the last loop of the race.
"Amanda Ludwig and Josie Jabs were the other two runners on the team."
