In a simple phrase, thank you

Downtown Dodgeville is losing one of its anchor businesses as Bill and Leesa Wall are retiring and closing their popular business Kozelka-Wall.
The clothing store has been a the place to go for clothing for all ages, for wedding and formal attire and spirit wear. Customers have come from miles away to be treated well and fitted properly. We wish Bill and Leesa well in their retirement and thank them for all they have done for the community and for others.
Jaycees, Chamber of Commerce, coaching youth basketball have all been things Bill has done in his life here and the list goes on. Again, thanks for your dedication.
The downtown will now have a challenge to find something that will give people reasons to shop. Our store fronts that were once retail now house business that the public needs, but do not enhance the retail sector.
With only a handful of retail business remaining in the downtown, adding retail business there should be a priority. It won't be easy but I believe it can be done.
But for right now, thanks Bill and Leesa for a job much more than well done.
