Dodgeville will be kicking off the season on "Small Business Saturday" with a FREE Movie at Dodge Theatre at 11:00 a.m. - Polar Express. It is asked that a non-perishable food item be brought to give to the Iowa County Food Pantry. Following the movie, Santa Claus will be at Cobblestone Coffee House for photos and to hear the youngsters tell their wishes for Christmas. That will be over a month from Christmas, so he will have plenty of time to get them everything on their list! Merchants will be having specials in their stores and participating businesses will be holding drawings. Santa's Elf will be going around town handing out candy canes and talking with kids too! There will be a Holiday Vendor and Craft Sale at Dodgeville High School from 9:00-2:00 and another one at the Masonic Temple. You can top off the day in the evening from 6-9 when there will be an Open Skate at Ley Pavilion at Harris Park. There are events going on the next two Saturdays too - all with assistance from the Dodgeville Area Chamber of Commerce!

If the above stuff sounds a lot like last week's column, that's because it is the same as last week. Not only was I too lazy to rewrite it, I was too lazy to rewrite it! Besides I think it is all well worth repeating!
