Dodger girls take care of business

Dodgeville jumped to a 30 point lead in the first half and then settled for a 79-58 win over Richland Center Friday night.
"We got off to a nice start and played with intensity and scored in transition," said Dodgeville coach Josh Busch. "We trusted our jumpshot."
"The second half we lost some intensity defensively for awhile an they cut it to 10. We got our intensity back and settled in comfortably," he concluded.
Dodger Hannah Jones led all scorers with 27 points, including going 8x10 in the second half from the free throw line.
She had able support from a pair of freshman - 18 by JoJo Heimerl and 17 from Olivia Argall. Heimerl hit 12 in the first half while Olivia Argall hit 11 in that same opening frame.
Richland Center's Kayla Monson collected 14 of her 16 points in the second frame. Jenna Thomas came up with 9 of her 11 at that same time.
