Prairie too physical for Dodger boys


Dodgeville's boys basketball team dropped a 73-41 contest at Prairie du Chien Friday night in SW Caction.
They found out just how physical Prairie can bee in the lopsided loss.
PdC is a physical team and we are not," pointed out Dodgeville coach Matt McGraw following the loss. "They played their style better than we played ours. It's been a tough five game stretch. I look forward to seeing how the guys respond."
Prairie had nie players score with Gavin Gillitzer leaing the way with 20 points. He had 12 of those in the first half when the Blackhawks almost doubled up the Dodgers 41-21.
Hunter Davis was the other Blackhawk in double figures with 17 points with 13 coming in period one.
The Dodgers were led by Noah Blalock, from his guard position, with 15 points.
