Dear Editor;
Senator Howard Marklein recently wrote an E-update to describe the ways that he has helped senior citizens. He has done a lot! From providing funds to help train and attract healthcare providers in rural communities to getting more money for our roads, he has worked hard for us.
It is human nature to wonder what Howard has done for us - and only us. He reminded us that decisions that are good for all, are especially good for Senior Citizens.
I appreciate that he keeps an eye on our state's checkbook. I appreciate that he is trying to get more money for roads in our neck-of-the-woods. I appreciate that he fought for the ADRCs in our communities. He understands us because he talks to us.
Howard doesn't tell us what we need; he asks us. He seeks our input and ideas. He asks for our guidance and counsel. He listens and takes our ideas to Madison and DOES something with them.
As a senior citizen, I like Howard's approach and will be voting for him. He has represented us well and I want to send him back to keep up the good work.
