Peat's four touchdowns key Iowa-Grant win

Boscobel's thoughts of making a game out of it were quickly quashed by Iowa-Grant's bruising running game which featured the talents of Brady Peat.
After Travis Arndt scooted to the end zone for a 52 yard touchdown and a conversion kick by Peat Boscobel decided it was their turn. Preston Baker carried the ball in from the 16 to make it 7-6.
Then, five seconds into the second quarter Peat put up eight points on a six yard scamper and a conversion run and he wasn't done yet.
Halfway through the quarter Peat took off on a 27 yard run. With 2:49 left in the half he struck again, this time from 39 yards away.
That wasn't all in the first half for the Panthers. On the last play and with no time on the clock Caleb Hill found Charles Christianson open and they combined for a 29 yard pass play. After Peat's kick the Panthers led 35-6.
The score ended up 48-6 when Peat got his fourth score of the night at the 3:51 mark of the third frame when he scored on a five yard run and added the conversion kick.
With six seconds left in the third frame Sawyer Sarbacker traveled the turf, winning a 15 yard dash that made it 48-6.
Peat and Arndt were the wrecking balls out of the backfield for the Panthers with 21 carries for 269 yards and nine carries for 99 respectively.
Hill was seven for 16 for 145 passing yards, five of them to Christianson for 115 yards on one to Clayton Kite for 18.
Baker ran for 109 yards on 15 carries for Boscobel. Couy Isaacson ran 12 times for 27 yards and passed for 52 on four of 13 completions. The Panthers picked him off three times.
Dallas Marks caught three passes for the Bulldogs for 30 yards and Tanner Bassett-Bird caught one for 22.
The Panthers will face Luke Linden/Hubbell from Michigan at 1 p.m. Saturday in a non-conference game. The game will be held in Tomahawk.
