Rod and Donna (Kopps) Yarish of Highland will be celebrating 55 years of marriage on Friday. They were united in holy wedlock September 6, 1958 at Christ Lutheran Church in Highland. They lived in Madison, then in the Wausau area, and now they are living in Highland. Rod was active in the car business for many years and Donna worked as a secretary.
Rod & Donna have two children, Terry (Klare) of Wausau and Dave (Priscilla) of Baraboo. They also have four grandchildren--Andrew, Anna, Adam & Clarinda.
