Dodgers figure out finishing in time for win

A coach knows the squad buys into the team concept when the stats are spread around and they finish what they started.
Thursday the Dodgeville volleyball team finished what they started and beat Lancaster in five sets.
The Dodgers won the first two games 25-19, 25-19, lost the next two 15-25, 20-25 then won the finale 15-13.
"We are still figuring things out but we finished," said coach Cathy Bramlett. "I am proud of them for doing that."
The team concept rolls in as to how the girls contributed and some contributed in several ways.
Kara Crowley handled 114 chances and came up with 34 assists. She also had four aces, four blocks and eight digs.
Brooke Lee rammed home 18 kills, had an assist, six aces, nine blocks and six digs.
Taylor Stanek contributed 14 kills, an assist and 11 digs.
Alexa Bohnsack had 10 digs, an ace and eight kills.
Kristi Bramlett had six kills and seven solo blocks. Her blocks led to the winning points in the fifth set.
Samantha Crowley had three kills, two aces, four digs and two blocks. She also had nine service points.
Courtney Cushman came up with 10 service points and 14 digs.
"We were excellent at times," Bramlett said. "We were very strong in the first two games then let up in the third and fourth games. Then we turned it up again and won the fifth game."
"Lancaster has nice hitters and when our attack went soft they took advantage of it," Bramlett added. "There were a few times we put the ball back to them with nothing on it and they rammed it back at us."
"It we don't get good passes we don't hit well," she added. "But we got it figured out and finished the fifth game."
