Dennis and Peggy Bilse of Barneveld, together with Joel and Lottie Frank of Middleton would like to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their children Bryan Bilse and Janna Frank. Bryan is employed at the Iowa County Sheriff's Department in Dodgeville and Janna is employed at Frank Liquor in Middleton. The couple will wed September 28th, 2013 in a private ceremony at Bishop's Bay Country Club in Middleton.
