That made it 14-7 as the Dodgers scored twice when fullback Travis Hendrickson got in from five and one yards out. Jacob Hanson kicked both conversions.
Hendrickson had seven carries for 28 yards to go with his two scores.
The Dodgers added another score in the first quarter when Logan Yeager capped a drive with a three yard run and Hanson kicked the conversion.
Russell also scored three times for the Blackhawks. He started things with a 62 yard race in the first quarter then tacked on scoring runs of five and four yards in the third and fourth quarter.
Yager's two scoring catches were for 74 and 11 yards.
Hendrickson and Logan Yeager scored twice for the Dodgers. Yeager's second score came on a 74 yard strike from Austin Larson that was a hook and lateral play with Nick Crowley making the first reception.
Hanson kicked a 26 yard field goal for the Dodgers along with three extra points.
Larson passed for 134 yards on a 9 for 18 performance. Yeager ran for 160 yards on 23 carries with two scores. He also led the receivers with three catches for 75 yards.
Defensively the Dodgers recoverd three of four fumbles which they forced and came up with one interception. Brycen Pratt led the fumble recoveries and Travis Sigg picked off a PdC pass.
"We played really well in three of the four quarters but didn't finish the game," Dodgeville coach Ryan Bohnsack said. "As a team we missed our reads and let the game slip away."
"It was our toughest loss of the year."
