It certainly wasn't a very good weekend for the UWâBadgers football team as they were beating Nebraska, but ended up losing in the end. Somehow I feel they should have a running play that goes outside of the tackle boxes or straight up the middle!âGood fans of the Badgers are wondering if they are going to win a Big 10 game this year? I told them not to lose faith, the win(s) will come as the season progresses as the young line, new assistant coaches and quarterbacks get more used to the system.

It sure was a beautiful weekend - perfect fall weather. Sunday I was heading to Highland for the Oktoberfest celebration at Ss. Anthony &âPhilip Church and had the windows down a little on my car. I admit I was daydreaming a little and not paying attention to traffic behind me. All of a sudden I heard this horrendous noise out my window. I jumped in my seat! It was a motorcycle passing me and it must've been running wide open as it wasn't that big of a cycle and I was going "about" 60!âIt really woke me up and startled me!âThe driver also sped by the vehicle that was about a quarter of a mile in front of me too.
