Verona's Wallace two-hits Knights
Lefty Ben Wallace, a former pitcher in the Milwaukee Brewers organization, limited the Knights to two hits while striking out eight and walking six.
The only run by the Knights came in the second when Nick Crowley grounded out as Eric Rohowetz scored. Rohowetz reached on a single, advanced on an error and got to third on a wild pitch before Crowley sent him in.
Rohowetz and Brandon Weier had the two Dodgeville hits.
Greg Brennum and Mark Ludwig both pitched for the Knights.
Danny Koss had a two run home run and an rbi single. Derek Prochaska had a three rbi day with a two run double and a ground out.
Derek Murphy was 2x3 with a double and an rbi.
The Cavaliers had 10 hits in the game.
