Dan Richgels of Highland and Marcia Richgels of Florida are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily to Brandon Starr, son of Rick and Dawn Starr of Blue Mounds and Jan Starr of Madison.

Emily is a 2005 graduate of Iowa-Grant High School and recently completed her Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology. She is currently employed at Royal Bank in Cobb and at Mr.T's in Dodgeville.

Brandon is a 2006 graduate of Barneveld High School. He is currently employed at Cornerstone Foundation.

The couple will be married on December 4th in Barefoot Bay Beach, Florida.

A reception will be held on December 11th at the Barneveld Legion Hall starting at 5:00 p.m. Relatives, friends and classmates are invited to attend the reception.
