Reichel, Ruth Delight (Armstrong)

Ruth Delight (Armstrong) Reichel, age 94, formerly of Highland, WI sadly passed away on the morning of April 21, 2022 at Meriter-Unity Point Health in Madison, WI. She was a beautiful person who spread joy and happiness wherever she went. Ruth was born on March 7, 1928, the daughter of Willie and Estey (Ekleberry) Armstrong. She was married to Albert E. Reichel who passed away in 2014. Ruth loved to draw and paint. She also enjoyed baking and going for walks. An outgoing person, she always brought a smile to everyone's face.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Kenny Reichel.
Ruth is survived by four sons, David (Carol) of Chandler, AZ; Robert (Carol) of Greely, CO; Greg of Highland, WI and Byron of Independence, WI; a daughter-in-law, Caye Reichel of Scottsdale, AZ; nine grandchildren, Zach, Andy, Josh, Matt, Erin, Natalie, John, Brian and Jennifer Reichel as well as other relatives and friends.
In keeping with Ruth's wishes, no formal services will be held. Her cremains will be interred with her husband Albert at the Otter Creek Cemetery in rural Highland, WI.
