Results have been the opposite

Dear Editor;
It was with great interest what Congressman Ron Kind wrote in the Boscobel Dial, about what he believes in. The Constitution, the rule of law, due process, human rights and civil rights for all. Because that's exactly what I believe in. But in my dealing with him, the results have been just the opposite. I asked Mr. Kind to look into Case No. 08-CV-87 in Grant County. When the use of our pasture land was taken away without compensation, which greatly increases the value of the plaintiff property. This is against the Constitution. Also, the judge in this case had to set aside the property deed, the zoning laws, the easement laws, the right to form law. The whole rule of law was trashed to justify the setting aside the laws. The judge came up with a bunch of total lies, that in using rotation of our pastures we had put 3 more gates across the easement that the plaintiff had to open and close over and over again to get to his residence, but there was no residence to get to. Only the two original gates to open and close, about 20 times a year to get to his hunting land. The judge came up with the notion that the easement was from a earlier time, and that he should keep all gates closed at all times and he could not fence was more than the plaintiff was aware of.
The plaintiff said yes, that the easement was from an earlier time. That was perjury. Likewise, the plaintiff's attorney, a former law partner of the judge mislead the court a number of times, like the gates along the easement were not at the cattle crossing, which they were. Also he told the court that it was so important to rule the plaintiff as this second residence could one day be his main residence; but there was no residence. He should have been disbarred for these lies. Furthermore, E.J. Connery sold the plaintiff some woods of his that laid back of his pasture, then granted the plaintiff an easement through his pasture, that was then registered in the deed for the first time on the same day that the plaintiff took control of the property, yet the judge thinks it's from a prior time. Does Grant County really have a judge that's lacking in intelligence? The DA and County Board will do nothing. These betrayers of the Constitution and their oath. Three times I have asked Mr. Kind to look into this, three times he has turned his back and walked away. I got the message loud and clear. He viewed this crippled old veteran as low class, unworthy of the protection of the Constitution and rule of law. So now has Mr. Kind changed his mind? Will he now look into this, or is he just a corrupt hypocrite wind bag? I will wait for his answer in this paper.
