Status conference for multiple child pornography cases on Oct. 1

It is one thing have to have one charge against you, but to have multiple counts of the same charge against you is an entirely different one.
For having multiple charges of child pornography on their records, both Brian J. Miller, 30, and Gary W. Miller Jr., 37, had their status conference on Tuesday. They will both have another status conference on October 1st at 1 p.m.
Brian has seven counts of the same charge against him, while Gary has 10. On February 27, 2018 search warrants were conducted by the Dodgeville Police Department and Iowa County Sheriffs Office, in conjunction with the Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation. The police department was assisted by members of the Division of Criminal Investigation, the Iowa County Sheriffs Department, Richland Center Police Department, Richland County Sheriff's Department and Grant County Sheriff's Department.
The Millers were found to have multiple images of children conducting in sexually explicit content, both on two IPods, a computer and a USB drive.
Charges for both cases were filed in early 2018.
For each count, if convicted, both Millers are subject to imprisonment not more than 25 years and must pay a fine not more than $100,000.
