Victim's mother gives statement in stalking, sexual contact case

The case against two Highland area teens charged with felony stalking has been pending since February.
Cal Dorota, 18, and Caden Lindner, 17, were first charged in late February with felony stalking and misdemeanor sexual contact with child age 15, actor under 19.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Iowa County Circuit Court, the incidents began in December 2021.
A report says a sophomore at Highland Community Schools came home from school December 17 and told his parents an older student had came up to him and grabbed his penis.
The grabbing continued, and the student identified a second older student that began taking part....
