Conner enters pleas in 2019, 2020 cases

A Linden man has reached an agreement with the state of Wisconsin regarding pending criminal charges.
46-year-old Billy Conner made an appearance in custody in Iowa County Circuit Court in front of Judge Margaret Koehler Tuesday afternoon....
