Proposed wind turbine project receives negative reviews

The Iowa County Board of Supervisors no doubt know the feelings about the wind turbine project proposed by Pattern Energy LLC after an hour of public comment at their monthly meeting Tuesday.
Those speaking to the board had two minutes to express their thoughts. Most of those speaking asked the board to gather more information and delay letting the project proceed without proper study....
