SOUL gives views on large wind project proposed for here
The fact that part of the second largest wind installation in the midwest will be erected in Iowa and Lafayette County has a Wisconsin group concerned and the media coordinator has reached out with what they feel area landowners need to know.
The organization is SOUL of Wisconsin and following is a statement of their mission and their reason for involvement.
S.O.U.L. of Wisconsin (Save Our Unique Lands) is a non-profit grassroots organization whose mission is to promote efficient and responsible management of electrical power for the public good, while protecting the natural, social and economic environments and citizens of Wisconsin.
SOUL of Wisconsin accepts no direct or indirect funding from utilities
