DA dismisses election fraud case against Arena man

An Arena man was in court Friday morning facing a felony election fraud charge.
James C. Wenzler, 45, appeared in Iowa County Circuit Court in front of Judge Lisa McDougal, as he faced one count of "election fraud - falsify or destroy nomination papers, recall petitions, etc."
In a criminal complaint, it was reported Wenzler signed a campaign finance document on December 2, 2019 for the Iowa County Board 2020 election....
